The Sheraton Hotel’s North Tower in Back Bay is under going renovations to over 800 guestrooms and common areas. Corporate Mechanical is working on the plumbing and HVAC scopes for the renovations.
The plumbing work includes demolition and make-ready necessary for installing new piping to connect to the existing pipe for domestic water supply, sanitary piping, venting, drainage, and all related valves, fixtures, and accessories.
Corporate Mechanical fabricated shower piping assemblies in their facility for transport and easy installation.
The HVAC work also includes demolition and make-ready of partial existing ducts, fan coils, related refrigerant and condensate piping, as well as installation of new ductwork associated with heating, venting, and cooling.
