Safety & Training
Corporate Mechanical of New England ensures that every employee – from our office staff to our tradespeople and subcontractors – understands that safety is our first and highest priority.
Our uncompromising responsibility to safety education and training drives our internal safety program. Each employee must complete a minimum of OSHA-10 safety training. Our dedicated safety team works hard to eliminate the risk of injuries and accidents. They use the latest safety advances, achieving an above-average safety status.
Toolbox Safety Talks – Regular talks by field supervisors who provide the latest information, techniques, and code requirements. The structured program provides continuing education to ensure that the safety bar is set high and stays there.
Onsite Cleanliness Protocols – A clean worksite is a safe work site! We work to ensure our construction footprint is clean, whether it is minimizing dust from boots or maintaining the purity of the air around us. From hospitals to manufacturing clean rooms to commercial mechanical rooms, we do what is necessary to keep our sites safe for everyone.
PPE Policy 100% – Our employees are required to wear appropriate personal protection equipment (PPE) for each task they work on. Routine hazardous surveys are conducted to ensure the correct PPE is selected.
