Corporate Mechanical of New England (CMNE) is working on the plumbing scope for multi-tenant biotech, lab, and office spaces on the fourth and fifth levels of the building.
The work includes installing piping systems for domestic water supply, non-potable water, and medical/lab gas. The project is slated to be completed in late 2024.
