Corporate Mechanical has been working on the HVAC scope of a renovation project for a 27,000 sqft space on the first floor of a 9-story office building. The building is located in Boston’s Seaport area and will be the new home for Dewpoint Therapeutics.
The project has included demo, pipe fabrication, ductwork, and building controls. Corporate will also be installing multiple units of equipment, including heat pumps, VAVs, lab valves, reheat coils unit heaters, an air curtain, and a CRAC unit. Completion is scheduled for July 2021.
