MIT Lab Renovation 

Renovation of an existing 18,500 sq.ft. space for the “EAPS” department. The space includes twenty new laboratories, including one clean room, for research towards climate science and atmospheric chemistry. The mechanical scope included the installation of two side by side, 25,000 CFM air handling units with a common vestibule, Skyplume exhaust fans, Vektor exhaust fans, hot water pumps, two pressure reducing valve (PRV) stations, chilled water fan coil units, supply/exhaust air valves, and variable air volume boxes.
