Innovation & Design Building

The project was a lab conversion of 100,500 sqft on levels 1 and 5 – 8 in buildings 21- 25. Structural design, layout, and fabrication of the piping systems and equipment were created in Revit using BIM to ensure clash-free installation. A total of 21,254 elements, along with 65 pieces of equipment, were installed to provide supply and return for chilled, condensed, and hot water systems, process cooling, and hot glycol water systems.
