Project Overview

The 281 Albany core and shell project’s objective was to provide future biotech/pharma tenants with a new mechanical room to support the 32,000 sqft, two-story property located in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Corporate Mechanical’s project scope included complete demolition of the existing mechanical room to enable installation of all-new HVAC equipment, which included: AHU, EAHU, (2) chillers, (3) Boilers, (17) Pumps, (2) heat exchangers, (5) exhaust fans, and (6) unit heaters, and (1) mini-split unit. All related mechanical piping was fabricated, installed, and connected to the HVAC equipment and the required ductwork.
